Sandhurst Surgery:

Coming from Crowthorne:

Go down past Eagle House School - keep following that road all the way down into Sandhurst until you come to a mini-roundabout at the bottom of the hill. On your left hand side there is a pub (called the Village Pub), turn left at this mini-roundabout and go through what I call the high street because there are shops on either side of the road. Go through the high street, straight through the pedestrian traffic lights, straight over the mini-roundabout (as if you are going towards to the Meadows M&S and Tesco). Continue onto the next set of pedestrian lights and here, turn right into 'Broadmead Shopping Parade' we are situated in the Doctors surgery, which is the terracotta and wooden building facing the Yorktown Road. 

Coming from Yateley:

Come down Swan Lane to the mini roundabout and turn right. Ahead you will see a set of pedestrian traffic lights, at the lights turn right into 'Broadmead Shopping Parade' we are situated in the Doctors surgery, which is the terracotta and wooden building facing the Yorktown Road. 

Coming from Bracknell:

From Bracknell, at the major set of traffic lights (Rack straw Pub/Beef Eater is now on your right hand side). Following the road round into Sandhurst - the A32l, a slow road due to the speed cameras! You will go past some playing fields on your left, you will also go past a Total Garage also on your left. Ahead of you will be a set of pedestrian lights, here you need to turn left immediately after these lights as if you are going into the parade of shops called The Broadway Shopping Parade. We are situated in the Doctors surgery, which is the terracotta and wooden building facing the Yorktown Road. 

Coming in from Marks and Spencer's/Tescos, the Meadows.

Come out of M&S so that it is on your right and continue down through the various traffic lights and mini roundabouts following signs to the A321. You will then come to a major set of traffic lights, opposite the Rackstraws Pub/Beef Eater with various signposts to Bracknell/Crowthorne straight on.  The road to Sandhurst will automatically filter you into the left-hand lane (A321). Following the road round into Sandhurst and you will go past some playing fields on your left, you will also go past a Total Garage also on your left. Ahead of you will be a set of pedestrian lights, here you need to turn left immediately after these lights as if you are going into the parade of shops called The Broadway Shopping Parade. Coming from Wokingham/Wellington College

As you approach Sandhurst you will go under 'Christmas Bridge' (named so because someone has painted 'Merry Christmas' on the top of the bridge). There is a sharp bend to the right as you go under the bridge (Railway station on your right). Continue to the mini roundabout and go straight over this.

You will see shops both on your right and left and pedestrian traffic lights. Go straight through these lights and straight across the mini roundabout and continue onto the next set of pedestrian lights and here, turn right into 'Broadmead Shopping Parade' We are situated in the Doctors surgery, which is the terracotta and wooden building facing the Yorktown Road.

There is parking out front or plenty behind the surgery. Once parked, go into the surgery and report to the reception area, letting them know who you are and who you are to see and your Physiotherapist will come down and collect you.
