Positive, Personal, Professional
PHYSIO WITH A DIFFERENCE
We are a private physiotherapy practice in Berkshire and Hampshire. We change the lives of our patients by bringing them relief and treatment for those niggling pains and conditions that affect their lives and wellbeing day in, day out. With clinics in Sandhurst, Crowthorne and Yateley, we provide the highest quality treatment for a range of problems including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions.
Our focus is the accurate assessment, diagnosis and swift recovery of each and every patient, using a wide range of techniques and exercises. With our patients’ interests and wellbeing as the goal, we work with them every step of the way to bring them back to full physical health.
Our ApproachIn just 3 months, I have gone from being unable to train due to severe pain, to full functionality and training 6 days a week.
Treatments
We offer a full range of treatments as part of a wider treatment plan which we use to bring our patients back to full function. Our specialist therapists will be able to find the best approach to restoring and maintaining your health. Each programme is devised around each person’s needs and is arranged and adapted as necessary.

We support many local clubs and teams
WHO WE WORK WITH
We really do appreciate the work our local clubs do for their members and the impact they have on our local community. We show our support by working with a number of them to ensure we’re playing our part in keeping Great Britain’s future sporting heroes fit and healthy.
