Neil Minter
MCSP HCPC Grad Dip PhysFounder & Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner
Founder of the practice, Neil is the lead therapist and responsible for the overall running of one of the most established practices in the area. Set up in 2000, he has grown it to a 7 strong team in 3 different clinic locations across Berkshire and Hampshire.
Neil qualified in 1988 and with extensive clinical experience in the treatment of spinal conditions, has been working as an extended scope practitioner in the spinal triage clinic at Frimley Park Hospital since 2000. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine, the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and the Extended Scope Practitioner Group.
With a background in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal conditions, Neil went on to working with athletes and sports injuries. In 1998 he attended the Commonwealth Games as the Physiotherapist to the England Men’s Hockey team and in 1996 and 2000 he was part of the Atlanta and Sydney Olympic Games team as the Physiotherapist to the Great Britain Men’s Hockey team.

Elizabeth Strong
BSC (Hons) MCSP HCPCPhysiotherapy Practitioner
Elizabeth is a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist. She has been with us for 16 years and qualified in 1994 at the University of Brighton. She has a number of years experience in local NHS hospitals working with both elderly mentally ill patients and on a children’s burns and plastics ward. She also spent 7 years as the Physiotherapist to Bracknell Rugby Club.
She worked at Wexham Park Hospital on the elderly and oncology wards and then on the orthopaedic wards at Heatherwood Hospital before moving to Frimley Park Hospital in 1996 to work in a more senior role in outpatients. Here she ran the hydrotherapy pool and gymnasium facilities. She is qualified in acupuncture and also has experience as an orthopaedic practitioner specialising in knees and hips as well as facial conditions such as Bell’s Palsy, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction, post acoustic neuroma removal and sports injuries.
Liz belongs to The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Temporomandibular Disorders (ACPTMD) and maintains her top-of-field expertise by attending regular lectures and conferences.

Susannah Davis
BSC (Hons) MCSP HCPCPhysiotherapy and Acupuncture Practitioner
Susannah joined the team in 2008. She is a Physiotherapist qualified in acupuncture. She completed her training in 1989 at Kings College Hospital School of Physiotherapy in London and is a member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
She gained experience in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia before returning to England where she continued her career by working in the NHS in Kent gaining experience in all aspects of Physiotherapy treatment. Susannah also has experience in private practice and in sports clinics treating all aspects of musculoskeletal injury, obstetric, antenatal and postnatal Physiotherapy.

Harry Liniker
Physiotherapist
Harry is a chartered physiotherapist who has a keen interest in musculoskeletal conditions. He has a bachelors degree in sports science from the University of Swansea and he qualified for a masters degree in physiotherapy from the University of Southampton in 2017.
Harry has previously completed junior physiotherapist rotations at frimley park hospital and now splits his time working as a senior physiotherapist in the Frimley Park Hospital outpatients department as well as at the clinic. Given his background Harry enjoys specialising in sports injuries and he is also a qualified sports masseur and acupuncturist.
Nathan Kelly
BSc. Sports Science; CSCS; PCETFitness Consultant / Strength & Conditioning Coach
Nathan is an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach and certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience working closely with Olympians, professional rugby and football players as well as national squads. He was the National Fitness Coach to the Great Britain Hockey team preparing them for multiple Olympic Games, World Cups and Commonwealth Games. He has also held the position of Strength & Conditioning coach with Premiership Rugby Club Saracens.
Tailoring each training programme to the patient, Nathan also has a motivational and receptive teaching style, supporting each person he works with to reach their full potential.
